Cooley LLP has opportunities available for attorneys with 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. Please note that the final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and the candidate's skillset.
