Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in litigation and transactional matters across business, personal injury, commercial, and real estate law. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Appear in court and participate in mediations and hearings.
• Advise clients on corporate formation, business operations, and risk mitigation.
• Draft and review contracts and other transactional documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategy and provide solutions.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or transactional work.
• Excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic.
• Interest in long-term practice development and client relationship building.
