Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of practice to join our growing family law practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking to advance their career with a well-established firm while maintaining work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, property division, spousal support, and domestic violence restraining orders
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex family law issues
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on matters requiring multi-disciplinary expertise
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of family law experience
- Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proven track record of case management and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to professionalism and ethical practice
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$300,000 base annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
