We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, as well as a strong understanding of insurance defense.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
- Researching and drafting legal documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing for and presenting cases in court
- Negotiating settlements
- Managing client relationships
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- California Bar
- At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience with billable hours (1950+ hours per year)
They offer a competitive salary up to 150K DOE and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a retirement plan.
