Salary: $130,000 - $250,000 per year

- Handle civil litigation and real estate matters.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Support trial preparation and participate in trials as needed.
- Advise clients and maintain strong communication.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Manage an independent caseload.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar admission.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; real estate experience preferred.
- Trial (second-chair ok) experience required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage cases independently.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency with litigation software and case management systems.
