Salary: $130,000 - $250,000 per year

• Handle civil litigation and real estate matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trials as needed.
• Advise clients and maintain strong communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Manage an independent caseload.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Trial (second-chair ok) experience required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage cases independently.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Proficiency with litigation software and case management systems.
