Who You Are- You are a high performer with 3‑5 years of experience in:
- Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required);
- California Unfair Competition Law (required);
- Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required);
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
- Managing e‑discovery.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience;
and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

New York, NY: $260,000 to $365,000
San Diego, CA: $260,000 to $365,000
San Francisco, CA: $260,000 to $365,000
