Charter School Attorney - Open to All California Offices

F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Charter School Associate Attorney to join our firm.

Working alongside collegial and results-oriented practitioners, the incumbent would assist clients through a wide range of legal issues related to charter schools, including petition review, charter oversight and compliance, renewal, revocation, and advising governing boards.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with at least five (5) years of practice experience, related to charter schools, including petition review, charter oversight and compliance, renewal, revocation, and advising governing boards. Strong communication skills and comfortable working with senior leadership.
Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California.

This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $130,000 – $195,000 per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
