About the Role

As a Contract Litigation Attorney, you will manage real estate and housing-related civil litigation from inception through resolution. The role provides immediate responsibility, diverse case exposure, and the potential to transition into a full-time or temp-to-perm position.

Responsibilities
  • Handle real estate, construction, and housing litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions for state and federal courts
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
  • Communicate directly with clients and maintain accurate reporting
Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed California attorney in good standing
  • 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Background in real estate, construction, or housing law preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability

Compensation & Structure
  • Annual equivalent of $110,000 – $160,000, based on experience
