Associate Attorney – Special Education
Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP (F3 Law) is seeking a lateral Associate Attorney – Special Education for our San Diego office to build client relationships with K‑12 schools and community colleges.
Base pay range: $120,000 – $160,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be based on your experience and qualifications.
- Principal responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the individualized education program process
- Present workshops
- Review and revise policies and procedures
- Respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings outside of traditional litigation contexts
- Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of practice experience
- Member of the State Bar of California
