Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business litigation
• Experience in employment defense litigation and real estate law is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:
