Sr. Real Estate Litigation Attorney

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Litigation Attorney. The attorney will handle real estate litigation cases, assist with lease reviews, perform due diligence, and manage matters related to commercial real estate and real estate development. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting documents, representing clients in court or mediation, and collaborating with team members to achieve successful outcomes.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Law and experience with litigation processes
• Expertise in lease agreements and due diligence for real estate transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in real estate law and litigation is highly preferred
