Responsibilities- Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Regularly communicating with Partners, Associates, Paralegals, Clients and opposing Counsel
- Conducting background checks, social media investigations, and litigation searches
- preparing subpoenas for medical records, billing records, radiology records, employment records, workers compensation records and other entities
- Preparing comprehensive medial chronologies and Howell analyses
- Conducting research on Jury verdicts and settlements
- summarizing written discovery and document productions
- communicating with experts regarding materials for review, expert deposition testimony and trial
- Preparing trial documents, exhibits, demonstrative evidence and witness binders
- Liaising between trial team and internal/external third parties
- Assisting with voir dire, jury selection and witness preparation
- 1500 billable hours
