Role Description
This is a contract position for a Litigation Paralegal located on-site in San Diego, CA. The Litigation Paralegal will manage the preparation and review of legal documents, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting pleadings and motions. Additional responsibilities include supporting attorneys with case management, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and organizing case files. The role requires precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research and the ability to analyze legal information
- Experience with drafting and formatting Pleadings and Motions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred
- Prior experience in real estate law or debt recovery is a plus
