We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal at Burrows & Stutsman LLP in San Diego, CA. Our paralegals draft a wide range of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and professional correspondence. You will conduct both legal and factual research to support case strategy and attorney work product. You will manage document review tasks and assist with e‑discovery, ensuring that case materials are well‑organized and complete.

Additionally, you will maintain case files, track litigation deadlines, and coordinate communications with clients, experts, and third‑party vendors. You will also support attorneys in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, helping ensure that all materials and logistics are in place for each phase of litigation. This position requires 2-3 days in office per week, with the option to work remotely all other days.

Qualifications
  • Document Review and Legal Document Preparation abilities
  • Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and software
  • Paralegal certificate
  • Experience with personal injury matters a plus
Benefits

Base pay of $80,000+, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k with employer contribution, generous PTO policy, and a hybrid work schedule.
