This role is based on‑site in San Diego, offering the opportunity to work closely with a tight‑knit corporate team in a highly collaborative office.
NoteThis position requires prior large law firm corporate experience and admission to the California Bar.

Job Description- Counsel early‑stage and high‑growth companies on corporate and transactional matters
- Represent companies and venture capital funds in venture financing rounds
- Support mergers and acquisitions involving emerging growth companies
- Work directly with CEOs, boards of directors, and venture fund general partners
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on fast‑paced, sophisticated transactions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients in the startup ecosystem
- JD earned between 2022 and 2024
- Prior large law firm corporate experience
- Experience with venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in client‑facing roles with senior executives and investors
- Admitted to the State Bar of California
- Entrepreneurial, team‑oriented culture with minimal internal competition
- Early responsibility and consistent client exposure
- Strong mentorship and hands‑on training
