Adams & Martin Group is partnering with an AM200 law firm in the heart of downtown San Diego. The firm is seeking an experienced Senior IP Assistant to join its Intellectual Property team. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Domestic and International experience to be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong patent prosecution experience to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

- Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
- Manage patent matters from initial filing through allowance, issuance, and maintenance.
- Draft and file USPTO documents, including Office Action responses, IDS, amendments, and formalities.
- Maintain an active patent docket and ensure timely compliance with all deadlines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign filings, including provisional, non-provisional, PCT, and national-stage applications.
