Position: Patent Prosecution Associate #20168

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should possess a background in the following areas:

  • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
  • Proficiency in responding to USPTO office actions, managing client relationships, and handling IPR matters.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's and preferably an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
