Attorney - Real Estate; Transactional

A respected San Diego boutique firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney (or Business/Corporate Attorney with strong transactional experience). This is a hybrid role with flexible remote options, especially for more experienced attorneys. The position focuses on handling real estate and corporate transactions from start to finish.

• Draft and review Letters of Intent, purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and closing documents
• Prepare corporate and LLC consents
• Review titles and oversee escrow, due diligence, and closing processes
• Support general corporate and business transactions as needed

• 3–15 years of transactional real estate or corporate/business experience
• Background in 20–30 attorney firms or strong boutique environments preferred
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and run deals end-to-end

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000
, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses
. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
