We are representing a top-tier, highly reputable law firm currently seeking a driven and sophisticated Civil Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to engage in high-level advocacy on complex matters that shape the legal landscape in California. Whether your background is in Plaintiff or Defense, if you possess a mastery of litigation strategy and a passion for complex case management, we want to hear from you.

Experience: 4-7 Years (would hire remote for a GREAT candidate)

As a Key Member Of The Litigation Team, You Will Handle Sophisticated Matters From Inception Through Resolution. This Firm Prides Itself On Giving Associates Meaningful Responsibility, Including:

• Managing complex litigation files (Class Action experience is a significant plus).
• Drafting high-level pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Leading discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Collaborating with partners on case strategy for high-profile clients.

• Experience: 4-7 years of dedicated civil litigation experience.
• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and an active CA Bar license in good standing.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills are non-negotiable. You should be comfortable navigating intricate legal issues and communicating clearly with sophisticated clients.
• Versatility: Ability to pivot between independent case management and collaborative team efforts.
