Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience (no exceptions)

• Passed the California Bar

• Strong attention to detail

• Superb reading, writing and analytical skills

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation

• Interest in corporate and transactional law

• A “go‑getter” attitude that values being part of a close‑knit team

• Ability to work independently and diligently

• Success at passing a background check

At FELLP Law, you will receive high‑quality, hands‑on training in corporate formations and structuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financing, redemptions and buyouts, government contracts and employment counseling. You will work closely with companies across a range of industries and develop the skills to handle complex corporate and transactional matters.

This is an on‑site, in‑person position at our Sorrento Valley office.

Compensation for this position will vary depending on experience.

Benefits and Pay

• Competitive compensation and benefits package in line with industry standards.

• Annual salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 (final offer dependent on experience and skill set).
