Responsibilities

• Act as local counsel and lead counsel as required.
• Leverage knowledge of CDCA local rules, standing orders, and courtroom procedures.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience practicing law in California.
• Strong background in CDCA litigation.
• Experience managing federal litigation.
