Overview
The San Diego office of Fisher Phillips is seeking to hire associates with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join its established practice. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.
ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidates will have significant experience in wage and hour litigation, including California wage-and-hour class and collective actions and PAGA matters. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, writing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
QualificationsCandidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be motivated self-starters who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

CompensationThe yearly salary range for this position is $210,000 – $270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
