We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy Personal Injury practice. This role offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation through trial. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with case intake, investigation, and pre-litigation development
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records, damages, and wage loss documentation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and settlement materials
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and experts
- Track statutes of limitation and critical deadlines
- Manage discovery, document production, and case files in the case management system
- Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
- Provide trial support as needed
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-recognized program is required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years of litigation experience;
Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred - Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
