Adams & Martin Group is working with a reputable law firm with offices throughout California who is seeking to hire an experienced Trial Paralegal. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team of attorneys working on challenging and often high-profile business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters. Areas of focus include financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment, and employment law.

This position is based in a San Diego office. Overtime will be required during trials, as well as the possibility of some travel.

• At least 7 years of experience in civil litigation and trial work, with a strong ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Outstanding academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited institution
• Strong references from current and former colleagues
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials and arbitrations
• Proficiency with document review platforms such as DISCO and Relativity
