Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to manage hundreds of cases efficiently. This role requires direct client interaction and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support in a fastpaced environment.
- Manage and track multiple case deadlines simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and address their needs.
- Order and review medical records.
- Prepare, file, and serve Complaints and discovery responses.
- Utilize case management and document management software
- Experience in mass tort or high volume civil litigation is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage large amounts of data effectively.
- Positive attitude and commitment to client advocacy in high pressure situations.
- Proficiency in technology and case management software.
