District 56 Farmers Insurance in San Diego is hiring for our Insurance Sales Apprenticeship Program – a full‑time, paid training opportunity designed for individuals who are driven, entrepreneurial, and interested in building a long‑term career in the insurance industry. This is not a remote position.

As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside a successful Farmers agent and receive structured mentorship, classroom training, and hands‑on experience selling personal and commercial insurance. This is the first step in a defined career track that can lead to future agency leadership within the Farmers Insurance network.

• Prepare to transition into a fully licensed agent role with entrepreneurial responsibility

• Motivated, growth‑minded professionals with an interest in entrepreneurship
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain California Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required
