• Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
• Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish
• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assessing their priorities and finances, and determining suitable investment and insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual financial needs
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful
• Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary
• High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations
• Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Compensation: $90,000+ commission based
