** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.
*** You are a change advocate; you go above and beyond, and you are fun to be around!
* You hold a HS diploma or GED (college preferred)
* You have 7+ years of related sales experience within the Employee Benefits space
* You hold a valid insurance license which is in good standing
* You have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
* You are computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various CRMs
* The expected base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
