The ideal candidate has a strong sales mentality, a desire to succeed, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach. This is an in‑office role.

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and general questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Seek new clients, develop prospective client lists, and generate clientele through networking and marketing. Work with the office manager to develop marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks, including policy renewals and communication with underwriting.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California (highly preferred, not required).
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ready to complete continuing education courses to maintain license status (paid by A‑MAX).
