AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting Net Suite ERP Platform. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of business concepts across Finance, Operations and Commercial organizations and be able to apply that knowledge to effectively administer the platform. The primary responsibility of the Net Suite Administrator will be to ensure the smooth operation of our Net Suite system, ensuring system stability & reliability, support business users, troubleshoot out‑of‑the‑box issues, and drive continuous improvements through configuration, automation, and reporting.
The Net Suite Administrator reports directly to the Director, Financial Business Systems.
What You Will Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for Net Suite administration (including user setup, roles, permissions), system configuration, and user support
- Maintain & update system functionality and customizations such as workflows, saved searches, forms, and scripts (Suite Flow, Suite Script as applicable) to meet evolving business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Net Suite, including out‑of‑the‑box functionality, system integrations, and customizations
- Setup and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Net Suite
- Provide end‑user training and support, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support third‑party integrations to Net Suite (CRM, 3PL, Procurement, HRIS etc.) and troubleshoot & resolve any integration issues
- Stay up to date with the latest Net Suite features, releases, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Participate in system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions by performing thorough testing and validation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems (MIS / CIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields of study
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Net Suite Administrator, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Net Suite modules such as Financials (General Ledger, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets), Order Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Reporting. Knowledge of multi‑currency is a plus.
- Experience with system customization (Suite Flow, Suite Script 1.0, 2.0 as applicable)
- Experience with integrations using RESTlets, APIs, or middleware
- Prefer candidates with Net Suite Administrator Certification or other Net Suite certifications
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
- Strong technical proficiency in Net Suite administration, including customizations, workflows, and saved searches; proficiency in Suite Approvals and Suite Script a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve system issues, both within the standard Net Suite functionality and with advanced troubleshooting methods
