Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator I to support enterprise IT systems at NIWC Pacific in San Diego. This position provides hands‑on support for secure network environments, user account management, workstation configuration, and service desk operations across classified and unclassified systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network systems
• Manage user accounts (Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms)
• Provide service desk support via phone, email, chat, and walk‑up
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Support endpoint management tools, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, and related applications
• Ensure compliance with DoD Cyber Workforce (CWF) requirements
• Assist with secure laboratory operations and documentation

• Active Security+CE certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
