Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution.

- Familiar with tech stacks and MS Office (Excel, PPT, Visio).
- Background in service organizations or healthcare is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable in matrixed environments.
- Process optimization and mentoring abilities.
- Agile metrics tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
