- Prepare for governance decisions, ensuring recommendations are data-driven and balanced.
- 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams for customer-facing product development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and at high quality.
- Healthcare or medical device/technology experience preferred.
- Leadership and collaboration in matrix organizations.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
- Analytical problem-solving and risk management.
- Expertise in Agile practices, change management, and process improvement.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Organizational skills with consistent follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred.
