Job Summary
The Program Manager will lead Agile-based IT programs supporting Lead-to-Cash business applications. This role is responsible for sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and release management to ensure successful and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage Sprint calendars and delivery milestones
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Release Readiness Reviews
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Lead-to-Cash business application programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery
- Track program risks, dependencies, and issues, and manage mitigation plans
- Support release, go-live, and change management activities
- Agile / Scrum program management experience
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- IT program management with large-scale or enterprise systems
- Release and change management experience
- Experience using Agile and program management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, etc.)
- Enterprise IT / Business Applications
- CRM, Finance, Order Management, or Revenue Systems
- Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash processes preferred
