Senior logistics SME leading sustainment and readiness efforts for Navy communications systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead lifecycle logistics strategy across installation, O&M, and sustainment phases
- Lead RMA activities including RCM, FMECA, LORA, maintenance concept development, and DMSMS analyses
- Develop/review/approve ILS packages and sustainment strategies
- Oversee PSD development, COSAL impacts, variance analysis, and OPAV BAM reviews
- Lead ILS certification planning, submission, tracking, and risk reporting
- Serve as primary logistics interface with stakeholders and fleet reps
- Mentor junior and entry‑level ILS analysts
- Bachelor’s degree (business, managerial, or technical discipline)
- 7+ years of logistics support experience
- Significant U.S. Navy program experience
- Experience leading sustainment/logistics efforts
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience briefing senior Government leadership
- Prior PMW / PEO C4I / NAVWAR program experience
- Experience supporting SETRs or SRRs
Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits PackageSalary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 – $140,000, depending on level of responsibility and qualifications.
