Position: West Coast NOSC Cyber Security Specialist V with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented West Coast Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Cyber Security Specialist V to join our team in Tactical Training Group Pacific, Point Loma, CA . This position is on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provides detection, identification, and reporting of possible cyber-attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities

* Administers technologies that directly support cyber security and the protection of company assets and data. Includes operational support for Identity Management, Privileged User Access, Access Control (firewall), End Point Protection, Internet Protection, Vulnerability Scanning, and SIEM support.

* Across all technologies, responsible for installation, testing, upgrades, patching, resiliency, performance, and application support.

* Requires developed advanced specialized expertise within an analytical or technical area to perform the most complex work. Analyses information to solve on-going problems.

* Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives

* Provides leadership to a team including coaching on performance, coordinating activities, and checking on quality and work progress based on mutual respect and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (4 years of experience can be substituted for a degree)

* Twelve (12) Years of information technology/Cyber Security experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field.

* Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred.

* Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE Clearance Requirements:
* Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Physical Requirements:

* 10% travel anticipated.

* Work will require movement from Government site to/from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions.

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
