This role is part of Service Now’s Product Design organization, focused on shaping CRM experiences and industry solutions for Technology Providers. You’ll be designing experiences that help technology providers transform their sales and service life cycles, from lead-to-order to fulfillment, customer success, and ongoing operations, all on a unified AI-powered platform.
Designers on this team work at the intersection of CRM, industry-specific workflows, and platform capabilities, bringing clarity and cohesion to complex digital experiences that support revenue growth, customer engagement, and repeatable outcomes for high-growth technology businesses. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Research early and often — contributing to strategic direction and delivery across product releases.

You drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles
As part of a cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from various stakeholders, and provide your input to others in a collaborative, supportive, working environment. You will also have the chance to grow your leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
5+ years of relevant design experience
An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
Strong experience working with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience
Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $128,900 - $219,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
