How you will make an impactThe Senior Specialist 2, IT Business Analyst supports the Net Suite ERP implementation during and post-go-live. This role is instrumental in driving Net Suite functionality in alignment with business requirements, assisting User Acceptance Testing during the implementation phase, and post launch with continuous improvement, managing enhancement requests, and ensuring alignment with Finance and cross‑functional partners. The Senior Specialist 2, IT Business Analyst delivers results through business analysis, project management, and ERP systems implementation, with a focus on Net Suite.

Facilitate prioritization and submission of enhancement requests through the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Track and manage enhancement lifecycle from intake to deployment analysis communication of changes. collaborating with Net Suite admins and developers to validate release readiness
Conduct training and create documentation for new features and processes
Experience supporting multi‑functional processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, D2B)
Familiarity with Net Suite release cycles, Suite Flow, Suite Script, and integrations
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries is preferred
Knowledge of GxP compliance, SOX compliance, GRC, and audit support in ERP environments is preferred
Familiarity with Fresh service, Smartsheet, or similar tools for change and project tracking is preferred

The most likely base pay range for this position is $116K – $162K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation al compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
