We are seeking a Hub Spot Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, reporting, and marketing performance insights within our Hub Spot platform. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure Hub Spot is fully leveraged for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
While our IT Systems Analyst will handle Hub Spot’s technical integrations and back-end infrastructure, this position will focus on translating marketing strategies into execution, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving data-backed decisions.
What You’ll DoHere’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:
- Campaign Execution:
Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, nurture workflows, forms, etc.) in Hub Spot. - Segmentation & Personalization:
Manage lists, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates. - Reporting & Analytics:
Create and maintain Hub Spot dashboards to track campaign performance, lead funnel health, and revenue impact. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to align campaign execution with pipeline and revenue goals. - Data Quality:
