Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ERP LN Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales and Service modules to provide functional guidance and act as a business process expert.

This role involves understanding business requirements, designing conceptual solutions, coordinating with development teams, and supporting end-users through training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Sales and Service modules of Infor ERP LN.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into conceptual design documents.

• Coordinate with development teams for solution implementation.

• Test developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.

• Train business users and prepare training documentation.

• Extend ongoing support to business support owners.

• Assist in integration processes and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Service modules (CRM and Order Management) of Infor ERP LN.

• Strong knowledge of Infor ERP LN application functions and features.

• Ability to articulate, document, and present application strategies effectively.

• Sound understanding of integration business processes.

• Proven ability to analyze requirements and recommend solutions within Infor ERP LN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Infor LN Logistics – Sales Order Management.

• Infor Certified Functional Consultant (nice to have).
