Our Engineering Team is seeking an onsite Lab Support Technician. You would be responsible for supporting rework efforts with engineers, removing and installing SMT components, and responding to prototyping and other custom fabrication needs while delivering clean, consistent, and reliable results. Your work will directly enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Enhancing cohesiveness and maintaining team morale is a responsibility of all our team members, as is the ambition for self‑improvement and talent development.

- Perform fabrications, alterations and other technical work on electronic and mechanical components as requested.
- Repair and modify electronic and mechanical assemblies as requested.
- Remove, install and reflow a variety of BGA components.
- Remove, replace, and install SMT components as small as 0201.
- Remain available and respond rapidly to support programs with various last‑minute items such as fixing prototypes, last‑minute assembly corrections, component testing, etc.
- Make changes to hardware boards, including cutting traces, changing parts, and running fine
