THE OPPORTUNITY

Radicle Science is a fast-growing healthtech pioneer on a mission to make proven, precision wellness accessible for all. We’re hiring a creative, detail-obsessed, analytics-forward Marketing Manager who can translate strategy into execution, and execution into insights. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to create high-impact content across channels, run campaigns end-to-end, and build dashboards that show what’s working and where to invest next.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves crafting content, supporting on-site and virtual events, and measuring performance across all channels, while moving fast, maintaining quality, and learning relentlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Create and execute content across Linked In, Hub Spot, email, social, website, and event channels.
  • Write and refine clear, credible, brand-aligned copy (thought leadership, product marketing, event promotion).
  • Execute against defined customer profiles and KPIs (engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence).
  • Maintain high standards: tight edits, clean proofing, claims-safe language.

Content Planning & Editorial Operations

  • Help build and run the editorial calendar; schedule content, coordinate inputs, and keep timelines on track.
  • Support campaign tracking/reporting across digital and live channels; keep work moving in a remote, async environment.

Dashboards + Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards using defined metrics and frameworks.
  • Surface actionable insights (what’s working, why, what to test next).
  • Own tracking hygiene: UTMs, naming conventions, campaign structure.

Channel & Platform Execution

  • Strong digital fluency, especially Linked In (and Meta where relevant).
  • Support paid and organic efforts with variants, testing angles and formats.
  • Improve funnel performance through experiments (CTAs, landing pages, nurture flows, conversion improvements).

Website & CMS Updates

  • Update website content quickly via CMS; improve clarity and conversion without compromising credibility.

Newsletters, Forms, Workflows, Nurtures (Hub Spot)

  • Build, proof, schedule, and optimize B2B newsletters; track engagement, manage lists/segmentation.
  • Create workflows and nurture campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.

Event Promotion & logistics

  • Support pre/during/post promotion for virtual and in-person events; coordinate assets and timelines.

Asset Development + Light Design Support

  • Create/adapt materials in Google Slides, Gamma, Canva, Figma, and Adobe.
  • Bonus: basic editing/design instincts (phone capture, editing tools, AI creative workflows).

Asset Tracking & Operational Excellence

  • Keep creative files, data, and assets organized in shared systems (Google Drive, Notion, etc.).
  • Build repeatable templates/workflows so we can scale output without chaos.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in content marketing; B2B required (wellness/healthtech/science-driven preferred).
  • Exceptional writing/editing/proofing; detail-oriented to the core.
  • Ability to write in multiple voices (founder thought leadership, product clarity, event energy, crisp B2B email).
  • Strong data-driven marketing skills: dashboards, metrics, attribution thinking, conversion and audience insights.
  • High proficiency with AI tools for content/visual/creative applications (required).
  • Hub Spot experience strongly preferred; comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, and workflow management tools.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales/Customer Success/Leadership to translate technical concepts into compelling stories.
  • Basic Canva/Figma/Adobe proficiency (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Able to manage overlapping projects and shifting priorities; strong ownership and communication.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/ Communications / International Business / Cognitive Science or similar preferred (or equivalent experience + strong portfolio).
