Job Title: SAP Concur Techno-Functional Consultant – Global Deployment
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Travel: 10–20%
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Techno-Functional Consultant to support a global deployment of SAP Concur solutions, including Travel, Expense, and Invoice
. This role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, integrations, and alignment with global travel and expense policies.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure successful workshops, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global implementation and rollout of SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, Invoice)
- Configure and customize Concur modules based on business and compliance requirements
- Design and manage integrations with ERP and third-party systems
- Perform data mapping, interface monitoring, and issue resolution
- Facilitate business workshops, UAT, and go-live support
- Ensure alignment with global travel, expense, and audit policies
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur implementation experience (Travel, Expense, Invoice)
- Strong techno-functional expertise in configuration, customization, and integrations
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, IDocs, and interface monitoring
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Concur Analytics / Cognos)
- Understanding of audit, compliance, and expense policies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global Concur deployments
- SAP Concur Certification
- Knowledge of finance processes (AP, VAT/GST)
- Experience with P-Card and corporate card programs
- Exposure to SSO, user provisioning, and master data governance
