  • R2S: 5+ years of high-volume technical sourcing (preferably for data center roles)
  • Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations
  • Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Team Qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills (no hesitation picking up the phone, getting candidates excited about opportunities), results-oriented
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience recruiting within data centers for positions such as:
  • Operations, IT, Engineering (Data Center Techs, Facility Ops Engineers, Ops Center Engineers, Network Deploy Techs, DC Install Techs, MEs, Controls Techs, Rack Decom Techs)
  • Facilities (Chief Engineers, Facility Engineers, Facility Managers)
  • Engineering (Network Deployment Engineers, System Development Engineers, Logistics Specialists, Logistics Managers)
  • Access to strong network of data center talent

Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? Look no further! A leading tech organization is hyper scaling, seeking Recruiters who will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talent to support their rapidly growing data center footprint.

In this role, you will actively source large, diverse pools of candidates that will result in key hires to fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a collaborative, inclusive, hardworking team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology.

It is critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close high-volume searches against tight timelines. A successful candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate high integrity, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
