• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated success in executing data & analytics engagements in life sciences or healthcare industries. Preferred expertise in analytics related to drug commercialization (sales force analytics, omnichannel, attribution modeling etc.). Analytical Diversity and agility preferred.
• AI/ML experience is a must, Gen AI experience is a plus.
• Strong hands-on expertise in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power
  
  BI). Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.
