Information Technology Analyst III (Temp to Perm)
Position SummaryThe Information Technology Analyst III is a senior, hands‑on role primarily focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and the lifecycle management of enterprise‑managed Windows and Apple endpoints.
Candidates must have strong, demonstrated experience with both Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, supporting macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Windows devices in a modern, security‑driven environment. This role also works closely with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , and Microsoft 365 services to support identity, access, and endpoint integration across the enterprise. The role serves as a technical escalation point for endpoint management and device lifecycle issues, partnering with other IT teams to define standards, implement automation, and ensure secure, compliant access to organizational resources.
The Information Technology Analyst III will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining devices, developing policies and configuration profiles through Jamf Pro and Intune, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Will manage scripting and automation tasks, oversee integration with other IT systems, and support the lifecycle management of all devices. Additionally, will manage complex personal computers, lead the daily administration of servers and desktop workstations, and provide technical assistance and consulting to users.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting the environment for issues, installing software upgrades, and performing the installation, modification, and repair of workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environments, ensuring platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive endpoint and lifecycle tasks using scripting and platform‑native capabilities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, scripts, and application deployments for macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Windows devices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Jamf Pro and Intune, ensuring high availability and reliable endpoint management services.
- Implement and enforce security baselines, compliance controls, and endpoint protection policies using Jamf Pro and Intune, in alignment with organizational security requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for Jamf Pro and Intune configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee Apple device provisioning using Apple School Manager, ensuring seamless enrollment and lifecycle integration with Jamf Pro.
- Oversee Windows device provisioning and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune, including modern enrollment and deployment methods.
- Manage and continuously improve device enrollment, deployment, and lifecycle processes across Apple and Windows platforms.
