Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead
Join KPMG US as an Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead for Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) within our international organization. KPMG delivers audit, tax, advisory services and fosters an inclusive culture.
Responsibilities- Work with business teams and GT&K delivery teams on solution requirements, roadmaps, and planning activities; support requests for new work and ensure teams are aware of investment changes.
- Provide oversight and assist in managing solution development and support efforts, including delivery of GT&K services to global functions.
- Address escalated challenges from business teams, ensuring timely resolution and escalating to leadership as needed.
- Provide regular status and reporting on portfolio progress, issues, financial tracking, and assist with annual budget planning.
- Manage the technical aspects of existing solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle, coordinating requirements, roadmaps, budgets, IT finances, and ongoing support needs.
- Collaborate with Senior Solutions Management Leads, Solution Management leads, Solution Architecture and Engineering leads, broader GT&K teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver on commitments.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum ten years of recent progressive experience in IT, preferably in Business Analysis, Enterprise/Solution Architecture, and solution development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., computer science) or equivalent experience, with MBA a plus.
- Experience managing relationships with business teams and translating technology into business solutions.
- Proficiency with SDLC tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub, and project reporting/tracking tools like Microsoft Project.
- Broad knowledge of application and infrastructure architectures, including Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; automation tools (e.g., Service Now); reporting suites (e.g., Power BI); and enterprise applications such as SAP (Finance, HR) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Solid experience managing a small portfolio of applications.
