Sr. UX Manager

seeking a UX Manager to lead, coach, and grow a team of talented UX designers focused on delivering high-impact experiences across Res Med’s digital ecosystem. You will guide the team through all phases of the Triple Diamond design process — from discovery to delivery — ensuring design quality, consistency, and alignment with business and user goals. ** Responsibilities
* * Translate complex business and technical requirements into cohesive, human-centered design solutions.
** Qualifications
* * 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with delivery excellence. Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across teams and leadership levels. Experience working in agile environments and leading through ambiguity. Experience designing for healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization, behavioral design, or data-driven experimentation frameworks.
