We are looking for a Computer User Support Specialist in San Diego, California

Summary

Provides technical support to FRCSW users via desktop assistance, troubleshooting, installations, account resolution, and hardware/software support. Addresses customer IT issues, supports system rollouts, maintains workstation stability, and escalates complex problems as needed to system or network teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system access problems.
  • Install and configure hardware, printers, and authorized software.
  • Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred.
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
