Analyst II – Customer Contract Administration for a leading Medical Device / Med Tech domain client on a 6-month contract (extension & FTE conversion possible).

You will support the Contracts & Compliance team within MMS Dispensing. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage detailed contractual packages while working cross-functionally.

• Review, audit, and execute complete contractual packages
• Communicate proactively with MMS Dispensing teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and acquisition/marketing programs
• Support pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes (acceptance, installation, billing, leasing, asset mgmt.)
• Assist with revenue recognition guidelines and internal compliance requirements
• Ensure contract accuracy, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed

• 1–3 years of Contract Administration experience
• Strong understanding of contracting processes
• Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP
  , and MS tools
• Excellent communication & organizational skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, Antitrust laws
  , regulatory and compliance controls
